SCORM Course Statistics

We've added SCORM course statistics to the general course statistics section. To help you visually identify these courses, we've added a SCORM badge to them.

Now, you'll get a more comprehensive view of your learning and track progress across all courses, regardless of their format.

Enhanced Navigation: Intuitive Settings Layout

We've completely revamped navigation in the Academy to provide quick access to all the necessary information.

Now, all settings are easily accessible in the left menu, organized into sections and subsections – a familiar layout that allows for intuitive navigation to find the features you need.

Additionally, we've added 'breadcrumbs' on the top panel for quick navigation back to previous pages.

Quiz Statistics: Detailed Results

We've added a special section to quiz statistics where you can see how each learner answered the questions. If a learner attempts the test multiple times, you will see their answers from every attempt. This simplifies the process of analyzing learner progress.

Furthermore, the report includes data on learner groups. For example, you can see which questions are challenging for specific learner groups and adapt course materials for more effective learning.

More Video Editing Capabilities

We're gradually introducing all the features our customers loved in the old course editor into the new one. For instance, in January, we added the ability to upload videos to the new editor via embed code.

With this update, the video insertion button is available through a quick-insert menu. Clicking on the video icon opens a special pop-up with three available video upload options (via file, link, or embed code).

We aim to give you everything you're used to in AcademyOcean and more!

Inviting Admins to the Academy: Convenient Access Management

We've made the process of managing access to Academies even simpler and more understandable. When inviting new admins, you have two options:

• Specific Academy: Accesses the specific academy selected.
• All Academies: Gives access to all academies on your account (ones that the adder has access to).

The goal of the update is to simplify access selection for users. Previously, if the administrator did not specify any academy, access was granted to all academies by default, but this was not obvious to customers.

The new system makes selecting access more clear. For example, when adding a new administrator, you can select “All Academies” for full access or specific academies for limited access.

Viewing Passwords During Input

Another small yet significant improvement: users can now see their password as they type.

The new “show password” feature lets users check if they've typed their password correctly, especially when using complicated combinations of letters and numbers. This enhancement makes the password input process intuitive for both learners and administrators.
