New Learners Progress Report

The new report will provide you with the number of courses, lessons, and quizzes completed for each learner during the selected period.

The report shows data for the last 2 weeks by default. However, you can:

• Select the desired time period of the report
• Compare data for the same previous period
• Use filters by teams and courses for targeted analyses

For example, you can track how learner engagement evolves throughout their learning journey by comparing different time periods. This allows you to identify which phases of the course generate the most interest, and conversely, which ones might require adjustments to boost engagement.

Example 2: You can delve deeper by comparing the activity of learners in two different groups taking the same course. Analyze average activity levels, identify high performers and those who might need additional support, and use this data to foster healthy competition.

This new functionality makes it easier than ever to:

• View All Hidden Learners: Access a comprehensive list of all hidden learners in one convenient location.
• Manage with Ease: Add, remove, or grant access to hidden learners as needed, all within the same section.
