This is a unique AcademyOcean development that combines automation and a personalized approach to each user.
With the help of predefined variables (city, role, and more), you can set up your academy so that two different learners will see the same lesson differently.
For example, you can use the city where an employee works to determine the welcome message, video, or image they see when they start their training. All other lesson content will remain identical for all employees.

Use this feature when copying content, and any future changes you make to the original lesson will be synchronized to all copies of it.
With AcademyOcean, you can divide your learners into teams and configure automated learning paths for each learner.
That way, once a learner has completed all the courses in their current team, they will automatically be switched to another team.
This feature helps you build a step-by-step learning path for your learners, which could have them start with simple content and move gradually to more challenging topics.

Custom interface settings
With AcademyOcean, you can make your portal special. Rewrite all the informational messaging in the interface in different languages, using any symbols and emoji you want.
This enables you to maintain your company's messaging style within your training environment, and it sets the tone for your learners.
Flexible management
Unlike Easy LMS, AcademyOcean offers several roles: admin, analyst, and editor. This distinction allows you to allocate work easily, such as creating reports and analyzing data, and it simplifies the management of your training platform.
Moreover, even our most basic plan lets you add up to five administrators to the platform.
Learners can also be assigned different roles, further involving them in the learning process and helping you delegate work.
AcademyOcean has been working with companies in Europe and the US since 2016. Our system is fully compliant with the security standards in the countries where these companies are located.
We went a step further and also created a Security Center with important settings.
