EWL Group is the largest employment agency for foreign workers in the European Union. Founded in Poland in 2007, over 13 years the company has helped more than 80,000 citizens of Ukraine, Georgia, and Moldova find legal work in Poland.

They came to AcademyOcean in 2019. Back then, it was still easy to visit each other in person, so we met at our office in Odesa and discussed in detail how EWL could build its own academy.
