«We started using AcademyOcean in 2019. We successfully implemented employee onboarding and training. But then the coronavirus came, and we had to cut costs, including temporarily giving up the Academy. After a month or two, our employees started asking on their own: ‘When will the Academy be back?’ So we are happy to return to AcademyOcean and launch the Exist Academy again.»

EXIST.UA

EXIST.UA is the largest online auto parts store in Ukraine. The company has been operating since 2008 and has 36 branches and representative offices in all regions of the country. In the “About the Company” section, the first value listed is “Interested and trained staff.” That is why it was especially pleasant for us when Exist came to AcademyOcean last year so that we could help them launch an Academy for employees.

Main objectives:

1. Automate and speed up the onboarding of new hires.

2. Launch a learning portal for current employees — more than 500 people.

Six months later, the coronavirus crisis hit, and the company had to cut costs, including hiring costs. Therefore, the Academy as well. But Exist employees repeatedly asked, “When will the Academy be launched again?” So July began with good news — the Exist Academy is coming back!
