Work.ua was looking for a system to automate the onboarding of new employees. The company had plenty of training materials for newcomers and various positions. But there was no single place to store them where they could be easily and conveniently accessed. Moreover, there was no way to verify whether learners were actually reading courses and retaining the material. So they decided to find a suitable platform.
First and foremost, the team identified 3 key factors to avoid in a learning platform:
• inconvenient/slow/difficult to add materials
• no mobile version
• unfriendly interface for admins and employees.
Olga, who was in charge of finding an LMS for Work.ua, already had experience working with other systems. So she had clear criteria for choosing the right learning management system from the very start.
